Deep tissue massage: depth without force
Deep tissue massage is not a hard massage. It is a slow massage that reaches the right layer at the pace the muscle allows, and releases what has become stuck.

For anyone who feels their back, neck or shoulders at the end of every day. For athletes after heavy training. For anyone who sits in front of a screen for eight hours. And for anyone who has tried a "regular" massage and felt it did not reach the spot.
How I work
We start with a short assessment to know where to work and how deep. The treatment itself combines deep tissue massage with trigger point therapy and osteopathic techniques, as needed. At the end: an exercise for home.

A 60-minute introductory treatment: ₪300 instead of ₪400 when booked through the website. 60 minutes: ₪400. 90 minutes: ₪550. All prices include VAT.

What should I wear?
For men, athletic shorts; for women, stretchy sportswear. Everyday clothes are also fine.
