Pain treatment: finding the source, not just the spot
Recurring pain is almost always a symptom of something else: a muscle doing another muscle's job, a joint that does not move, a posture the body has grown used to. That is why treatment starts with an assessment.
What the treatment looks like
1. Assessment: Conversation, posture, range of motion, palpation. We look for the source of the pain, not just the place that hurts.
2. Treatment: Deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, osteopathic techniques and dry needling, based on what the assessment shows. At an intensity you set.
3. A plan for home: A summary in your personal area, one or two exercises, and a recommendation for when to continue. No more treatments than necessary.
What I treat
Lower back and neck pain, stiff and painful shoulders, headaches that start in the neck, elbow and hand, hip and knee, and the foot. Athletes after training or injury, and people who sit for long hours.

A 60-minute introductory treatment: ₪300 instead of ₪400 when booked through the website. A 60-minute treatment: ₪400. An extended 90-minute treatment: ₪550. A home treatment: ₪550–700, depending on distance. All prices include VAT.

How many treatments will I need?
It depends on the pain and how long you have had it. At the end of the first treatment I tell you what I think, and I never recommend more than necessary.
Does the treatment hurt?
Tolerable discomfort can be part of the treatment, and you set the limit. The next day you may feel slight tenderness.
Do insurance plans cover the treatments?
For Femi, Target and Clal policyholders with a referral for complementary medicine: a refund of ₪390 per treatment, up to 16 treatments a year, subject to the terms of the policy.
